Joe’s Mountain (Drama)

Joe Shoup has lived a pretty good life, or so he thought. Well liked by all, with a long list of admiring ladies, he is something of a local hero. And when his supposedly incurable cancer goes into remission, his iconic status grows still higher. Does Joe have magic powers? Even he is not sure. But when he meets a woman whose son is dying, his newfound faith is put to the test. A bittersweet tale of troubled people learning not only where, but how to look for life’s answers.

Crazy for You (Comedy)

Hog, an orderly in a sanitarium, tries to warn his best friend, Natalie, that her fiancé is not only cheating on her, but swindling her, too. When she won’t believe him, he hatches an elaborate scheme to trick her into thinking that she is going crazy in order to stop the wedding.

Hunting Einstein (Drama, History)

The bizarre but true story of J. Edgar Hoover’s secret war to destroy Albert Einstein, who he considered a dangerous radical.

Eleanor (Drama)

A once sheltered woman undergoes a social and spiritual reawakening when she starts a new life as an inner city teacher after the violent death of her husband. A sobering look at the class divides in our society and the perilous state of our public education system.

Blue Hill Ave (Drama)

The Russells are the first African-American family to move into the all-Jewish neighborhood of Roxbury in Boston in 1953. Their daughter Pam forges a deep friendship with Amy, a Jewish girl across the street. But that friendship is repeatedly tested over the next fifteen years, as the neighborhood changes from mostly Jewish, to mostly African-American, and the early co-operation between Jews and African-Americans gives way mistrust, racism and violence. A disturbing look at how people learn how to hate.

Final Exam (Comedy, Thriller)

Duane is a typical college senior looking for a little excitement before graduation. But he gets more than he bargained for when a sexy new transfer student arrives. Her erotic fascination with serial killers causes Duane to pretend that he is a dangerous dude. The plan seems to be working until his ex-girlfriend turns up dead, and Duane is suddenly the prime suspect.
